What is Prezynt?
Prezynt is an AI-powered gifting app that learns the people you love and suggests gifts that feel personal. It also helps you save ideas, track every occasion, and keep it all in one calm, organized place.
Is Prezynt free to use?
Yes. Prezynt is free to download and use. You can build wishlists, plan occasions, shop 350+ partner brands (and growing), and earn Sparks as you go.
How does Muse work?
Muse is the gifting assistant inside Prezynt. Tell it who the gift is for and what the occasion is, and it comes back with a short list of ideas instead of a wall of search results. It works from the interests you pick, the items you save, and anything you have noted about the person.
Do I have to know what they like already?
No. That is the point. If all you can offer is "my sister, she's 34, into cooking, around $60," Muse can work with that. The more information you provide, the better recommendations it can give. Ask for something cheaper, weirder, or more practical and it will adjust.
Is this just ChatGPT with a gift prompt?
No. Muse works from what Prezynt already knows about your people, meaning the ones you have added, the occasions you track, what you have saved, and what you have skipped. A general chatbot starts from nothing every time you open it. Muse gets sharpest when the person you are shopping for is on Prezynt too, because their own saves and swipes tell us far more than anyone can guess on their behalf. Inviting the people you gift for is the single best thing you can do to improve your recommendations.
How do I actually buy a gift?
Prezynt handles the buying for you. It is a full gifting concierge, so once you have picked your gifts you can check out across several different retailers in one go instead of running the same checkout five times. You review the final order and approve it, and Prezynt takes it from there. Nothing gets bought without your say-so.
Does Prezynt make money when I buy something?
Yes. We earn a commission from our retail partners when you buy through Prezynt, and that commission comes out of their margin, not your total. We also use those same partnerships to pull in any discounts, promotions, and partner-only codes we have access to and apply them to your order. Commission never affects what Muse recommends. Ideas are ranked by fit for the person you are shopping for.
What if I need to return something?
Returns go through the retailer you ordered from, under their policy. Shipping, tracking, and delivery timing come from them too, and their confirmation email is your record of the order. If you cannot find the right contact, ask Muse and it will point you to it.
Which brands can I shop?
Prezynt works with 350+ partner brands across home, beauty, food and drink, outdoors, kids, and tech, with plenty of options under $50. The list keeps growing. You can also save items from outside it by pasting a link.
Can I add items from other stores?
Yes. Paste any product link and it saves to your wishlist or event with the name, image, and price. You are not limited to one store's inventory.
Can I gift together with other people?
Absolutely. Co-Gifting lets you build a group gift, see what everyone likes, and know what's already been purchased so nobody buys the same thing twice.
What are Sparks?
Sparks are Prezynt's rewards. You earn them for the things you were going to do anyway, like setting up occasions, building wishlists, and shopping through partner brands. Redeem them, send them to someone else, or donate them to a cause.
Will Prezynt remind me before a birthday?
Yes, and early enough to do something about it. You choose how far ahead, so the reminder lands while shipping is still cheap rather than the morning of.
How is my data protected?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not sell it. Information about the people you add is used to suggest gifts for them and nothing else. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, and the full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How old do I have to be to use Prezynt?
You need to be at least 18 to have a Prezynt account. Full details are in our Terms.
